The staff at Pai Rainbow House are some of the gentlest and friendly people I have ever met. They make you feel very welcome and do their best to be accommodating to all your needs. Also they are happy to provide you transfers from town on arrival and departure. The facilities are clean and comfortable. The location is brilliant - an easy walk to the centre of town, but not so close as to be noisy. You can have a deep, restful and quiet sleep with only the sounds of the water features in the garden to keep you company. The garden is beautiful, with ponds, fish and even papaya trees with fruit on them. In addition they are located right near Fluid where you can swim and work out for only 60 baht per session. I loved my stay ay Pai Rainbow and would definitely come back.
The beds are Thai style (very hard) so be prepared for that. However, they do have at least one softer mattress which they were happy to put in our room to make us more comfortable.
